Roles & Responsibilities:
Scope of the Document: Responsible for the implementation of the recommended procedures and maintenance of the available resources of the project
Delivery approach: Control and coordinate the entire process to ensure there are no hindrances in the delivery of the trainings
Reaching the Mile Stones: Achieving the set targets and accomplishing the results beyond the expectations of the clients
Policy Formulation: Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the policies required for the functioning of the project
Controlling Resources: Continuously monitors the allocation of the trainers to ensure the smooth functioning of the training and reporting process on a day-to-day basis.
Communication: Put together the reports and financial statements that are essential to report to the top government executives of the project.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify the training need.
Design and develop the content according to the TNA analysis.
Coordinate with the on-site trainers and off-shore support team.
Conduct training session for the senior management.
