Siemens Technology and Services Pvt Ltd. (STS) is an integral part of Siemens Corporate Technology (CT). With over 3,200 employees, STS is one of the largest centers of CT globally. STS generates technological innovations for Siemens through its vertical like Corporate Development Center India (CT DC AA). CT DC AA develops software for the Industry, Energy and Healthcare Sectors of Siemens. CT DC AA has facilities in five locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgoan, Kolkata and Pune.
Roles and Responsibilities:
❖ Handled End to End Recruitment for healthcare, infrastructure and industry sector includes
❖ Understanding the project/position needs directly from business
❖ Sourcing relevant candidates through various recruitment channels like Networking, Portal sourcing, Buddy Referral, Campus Hiring & Vendor management
❖ Conducting preliminary round of interviews
❖ Mapping the identified candidates to the positions available
❖ Actively involved in all levels of interaction with the shortlisted candidates right from scheduling the interviews till candidate on-boarding
❖ Involved in negotiating the offer
❖ Influenced the candidate by periodic conversation by selling the brand and the company and increasing the joining ratio
❖ Treated recruitment agencies as PARTNERS and created WIN-WIN situation for both reducing the TAT to close critical positions
❖ Continuous follow-ups with the vendors and candidates post selection increased the joining ratio.
❖ Maintained individual database skill wise to locate passive candidates, helped in closing critical positions.
❖ Publishing weekly/Monthly dash boards to all stake holders about status of the project.
❖ Organizer for stake holder's weekly conference call to discuss project and recruitment status.
❖ Scheduling final round of interviews for shortlisted candidates.
