I took a few Personal Training clients here and coached a few people aswell as ran a boxing and conditioning circuit class and sparring (for those at that level) on a Thursday night and early on a Wednesday morning. I took these classes for free as it was good to get some experience up in the group fitness scene. I also worked at City Fitness as a personal trainer too Where I specialised focused my attention on one on one personal training clients which was also extremely enjoyable.
I like to help people achieve their fitness goals and through methods of my own training over the years and being exposed to and working in the fitness industry for a little while now I like the challenge of finding what suits an individuals specifics and watching them progress toward their goals or new lifestyles.
Qualifications & Certifications
level 3 Excercise consultant/ fitness instructor, Level 4 Personal Trainer.
