This includes a good knowledge of financial rules, governance and regulations.  Work with the Nigeria Finance, Administrative and Programme teams to identify programmes that need targeted and specific support.

 Provide technical assistance in grant management and compliance to support the country programme teams and partners.

 Strengthening the understanding and importance of grants management to the programme team and partners and tools to manage it.

 Strengthening programme-level capacity for budgeting at the project and programme level, identifying funding gaps and needs for more accurate proposal budgets.
