As a Quality Inspector at SUPER FOOD TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD, Masai, Johor for 16 weeks from 18 February to 9 June 2013. As an international company, Super Food Technology Sdn Bhd have implement two quality systems, that is ISO and HACCP. Hence, at there, I had opportunity to learn the general concepts of this two quality systems and see how the company apply the quality systems on their daily works to ensure their products are always on top quality and meet their customer desires. Following are some of the daily works I had done during my internship:
* Perform inspection and test on raw materials, work in-process, and finished goods.
* Maintain inspection and test records.
* Checking the cleanliness and sanitation of production lines and workers to ensure the company meet the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
