➢ Coordinate with data Team in solving regular queries related to Business structures of top investment banks
➢ Working with headcount and revenue teams to fill the gaps between Bank's structure and the revenue reporting
➢ Lead all the project related to credit, FX and Rates product
➢ Update Investment Banks structures( Organizational & Business) on daily Basis
➢ Business model up gradation for various IB products
➢ Constantly work with team members in building Investment Bank Business structures
➢ Identify the gaps in the structure of investment banks
➢ Public Domain search for latest information required for specific projects of clients
➢ Assist in the design and presentation of projects
➢ Taxonomy Matching
➢ Mentoring of new joiners in the team
➢ Work on filling the gaps related to IB business structure
➢ Understanding revenue taxonomies of IB

Projects Undertaken
• Headcount and Business Structure Mapping

➢ Working on Individual Banks structure based on business reporting and revenue reporting
➢ Creating a draft excel and allotting the headcounts for each business unit
➢ Reconciliation of headcount numbers with business structures

• Corporate Coverage Models

➢ Align the top five investment banks into two models based on the corporate coverage across transaction and investment banking
➢ Understanding the details like reporting of corporate equity derivatives and fixed income derivatives within the assigned banks
➢ Working on the clients covered (large/mid cap) for respective business units

• RWA Pilot project

➢ Understanding the rates taxonomy of each investment bank
➢ Working on the sub products within rates to map all the banks within the model
➢ Analyzing the model and work on the gaps

• CITI Business Structure for Competitor Intelligence

➢ Understanding of CITI Business Structure taxonomy
➢ Comparing the taxonomy of CITI with all the top competitor banks for all the Origination, Equity and fixed income products
