Shipment Verification
Extension of the Revenue Recognition team, which involves the verification of contracts and orders booked.

Also worked with a team called Install Base, which deals in license & contract Management of customer's licenses.
Install Base team manages customer's licenses information like ownership, address details, contact details, product details etc. for effective support delivery and support renewals.

Project Orion
As a Subject Matter Expert, I was the driving force behind the successful remote migration of Project Orion. Project Orion was an integration of various Service Request Management tools into a single platform for better SR management and customer focus. The aim of the project was to consolidate and standardize the customer support across product lines to remove duplication and maintain quick TAT.

SUN Process Integration
Along with Sun Microsystems acquisition, came immense challenge of integrating their existing CRM process in line with Oracle's customer service methodology. In the capacity of Project Leader, I was instrumental in seamless integration of the process successfully.
