Jaquy Yngvason is a half Icelandic, half Ecuadorean Celiac with a passion and drive to help others with food allergies and teach them how to love the food that they can eat no matter what their restrictions might be. Ever since she was diagnosed with Celiac disease 11 years ago she has been studying nutrition, developing healthy, flavorful and fun recipes, and teaching cooking classes to those in need. Currently she resides in Brooklyn where she hosts an allergy friendly cooking show, teaches personalized cooking classes and is a gluten free, allergy free food consultant.
