I have gained experience in Environmental compliance Management (EMP, RoD, Waste, Legislation).
The use of my qualifications (ND & Btech Nature Conservation) and short courses completed (eg. ISO 1400 Lead Auditor, Environmental Law) have been beneficial towards the jobs I have had.

- Ensuring Compliance and Management implementation from contractor, so it adheres to Legislation, Standards and procedures of Eskom, and the EMP/RoD of each project.
- Report compliance and non compliance to both the Client (Eskom & Trans African Projects) and National and Provincial Government (DEA), as well as conducting periodic environmental auditing.
- Environmental Risk analysis
- Assisting and ensuring ISO 1400 Standards
- Daily inspections and regular auditing
- Permitting and Licensing applications; includes Water Use licenses; activities associated with construction; and Vegetation clearing and control.
- Environmental Education and Induction training
- Liaison with land owners and affected parties over which the project is executed.
- Vehicle/ truck inspections (licencing, road worthy, drip trays, leaks) and driver permits and licences
- Monitoring of Campsites in terms of housekeeping, stocks that come in and out, and SHEQ management.
- Checking stock of all hazardous goods, compliance of storage and the disposal thereof.
