• Trained for vehicle and dismounted patrolling, as well as reconnaissance/surveillance operations.

• Daily responding to Law Enforcement agency requests.
• Daily liaising with State and Federal agencies on a variety of ongoing issues/operations, many of which were of a highly classified nature.
• Oversee all aspects of interception warrants, both fixed line and IP
• Maintain monthly statistics and reporting.
• Advising company at senior management level, on changes to security environment, regulatory updates/changes as well as overseeing new product and general company practices to ensure they meet government security/regulatory standards.
• Manage and oversee all new projects involving security, systems and upgrades.
• Working closely with Network/switching and Firewall teams on security issues.
• Oversee onsite security/building security, oversee security camera's and access system, do backround checks on new staff and arrange security clearances for new starters that require them, work and investigate staffing issues/security breaches.
• Was a member of CSER (Communications Security & Enforcement Roundtable), forum made up of Telco's and leading law enforcement agencies which met quarterly across Australia to discuss and implement latest security updates and changes.
