Key duties: Curriculum - Responsibility for Religious Education Curriculum years 7 - 12. 2010 was year of Curriculm Review and I had oversight of the self-review process within school and implementing recommendations following the review. I led teams rewriting curriculum in response to changes in Study Designs in Texts and Traditions and Religion in Society. Oversaw implementation of Coming to Know Worship and Love Framework and enmeshment with core units; i.e. Catholic heritage for Clonard College has its focus in the charism of Saint Brigid, Daniel Delaney and the traditions of the Brigidine Sisters.
Faith Development and Catholic Identity - Organised annual staff day centred around annual College theme in area of faith development. Coordinate all school liturgical celebrations, including whole school mass to begin school year at St Mary's Basilica, Geelong. Coordinate relationship between College and parish, i.e. class-mass program, College involvement in parish partnership with Columbans. I provide regular input into Catholic Identity; preparing for 2013 where Catholic identity is focus of school review.
Staff Professional Development - Led professional Learning Teams with focus on Scripture; i.e. 'Overview of the Pentateuch' (4 x 1 hour sessions), and follow up 'The Conquest of the Land' (4 x 1 hour sessions).
Policy Development - Developed College Fundraising Policy in line with Melbourne Archdiocese Guidelines; led process to rewrite Vision Statement for Religious Education at Clonard; led process to review and rewrite College Religious Education Policy; developed policy to govern the use of Scripture in the Religious Education Curriculum.

Just Leadership Program; a program tailored to primary and secondary school leaders aimed at complimenting school's social justice programs and educating about key agency themes such as displacement and reconciliation. I implemented annual student leader training program with primary students in Sale, Sandhurst and Hobart Dioceses.
