•Managing a national data base of clients-making regular updates to company CRM
•Making high volumes of outbound calls to previous and current clients, offering advice and support on air compressor / booking servicing schedules and encouraging clients to switch to energy saving compressor, condensate management systems and signing up to preventive maintenance agreements.
•Overseeing service sales from start to finish, developing and maintaining key contacts with clients, ensuring all compressors are serviced accurately and all service agreement are in place
•Develop strategies to gain new cliental and support previous and current clients with information regarding new energy efficient products – use sales pipeline to quantify demand for products and service
