I have not experienced being a ground crew yet but my background in the customer service environment will support me in this role if given a chance, I have excellent skills in providing engaging service to the guest and resolving complaints or issues and offering options/alternatives if guests request is not possible.

• Welcoming guests to the lounge and handing out menus, taking their beverage/food orders with clarity by repeating their orders.
• Making suggestive selling and promoting the signature beverages of the outlet, food specials of the day, cocktail drinks and other beverage promotions.
• Placing the orders correctly in the micros system.
• Setting up cutlery, condiments for food, coasters/napkins and serving the orders to the guests' tables in a timely manner based on standards.
• Monitoring the tables during the whole duration of the meal/drink thru upselling beverages as soon as glass is left 1/3 full, table clearance, changing ashtrays, and refilling nuts/free finger foods whenever bowl is about to get empty.
• Checking on guest satisfaction on the meal/beverage and acknowledging guests feedback to make them understand that their comments are seriously taken and immediately inform the manager.
• Presenting the check no longer than 3 minutes after it has been requested by guests, and returning the change as soon as possible to the guest once check is settled at the cashier.
• Resetting the tables once guests left by clearing all plates, cutlery, glasses, and ashtrays. Set up all necessary equipment as per standards.
• Perform other tasks such as clean up on side stations, the bar counter, preparing the necessary equipment, napkins for the next day's operation and other duties as directed by the superior.
• Being an ambassador of the hotel at all times and adhering to company policy.
