Career Profile

I have graduated ‘With Distinction’ in the Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from RMIT University. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Laws with Deakin University and Graduate Diploma of Economics with La Trobe University via distance education and am hoping to be admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and progress to Certified Practising Accountant or Chartered Accountant professional status.
I have commenced the CPA Program and have undertaken some further studies in taxation namely the H & R Block Income Taxation Course.
I am also currently drafting an Act of Parliament on ‘Legal Technique, Legal Reasoning and Statutory Interpretation’ ensuring that I have developed sound legal argumentation and logical reasoning skills and have also proposed for the codification of constitutional interpretation that solves the debate between Professor Goldsworthy and Kirby J of the High Court of Australia allowing me to develop a critical perspective in High Court interpretative issues whilst also proposing a Progressive Goods and Services Tax as a Tool of Inflation Targeting and researching its macroeconomic implications thus challenging conventional wisdom in that only monetary policy can act as a tool of inflation targeting. This economic theory allows for a higher inflation target without the costs of inflation and overcomes Milton Friedman’s Non-Accelerating Inflation Rate of Unemployment (NAIRU) or expectations augmented Phillips curve problem.
This research has been presented at five international law conferences plus also publishing three letters to the editor in the Law Institute Journal on various legal issues thus allowing me to develop solid presentation and communication skills.
I have also implemented a tax quality assurance program in a previous role.
