When I first joined FSHC as a PA (Marketing Assistant) I was responsible for all regional administration including the tracking quality standards, booking travel and accommodation, event organisation, recruitment, handling complaints, preparing documentation and following up customer satisfaction surveys. My marketing brief was to improve the profile of FSHC within the Teesside/Darlington regions, this included writing articles and creating marketing materials, liaising with media organisations, proof reading newsletters, booking advertising and working with the in-house marketing team, liaising with advertising agencies and organising the distributing marketing materials. The company recently divided into new divisions and I am currently the Regional Administrator for three of the new regions within the General Division.

Responsible for all of the PR, marketing and customer service at the Organic Market, this included the conceptualisation and implementation of marketing strategies, the preparation of advertising and marketing materials, booking advertising and liaising with agencies and media organisations, event coordination and management, production of in-house newsletters and mail shots, updating of the organisation's website, dealing with customer enquiries and resolving any issues, coordinating the weekly selection committee meetings and giving feedback to prospective stallholders. In addition, I was the duty manager of the market every alternate weekend and was involved in the creation of a new organic certification process that empowered disadvantaged farmers. Reason for leaving - to return to the UK to live.
