I have a solid history of all round administration and reception experience. I have many transferable skills including typing correspondence, maintaining databases for mail shots, reception and much more. I am proficient using MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook-2003, 2007 & 2010. I am a confident communicator face to face, via letter and email. I can work in harmony with all personalities. I enjoy facing new challenges whilst dealing effectively with constant interruptions. I am a keen learner, I have a sense of humour and I can make a fantastic cup of tea. I am flexible and I am a telephone call away to cover any holiday or unexpected absences. I can boast a zero absence record for the past 3 years. I am happy to undertake the working hours of 9:00am–3:00pm Tuesday to Saturday. I am customer focused, “Everyone is a customer internally and externally”.
I have recent qualifications for BCS Level 2 IT (ECDL Extra) (ITQ), Business & Administration level 2 and Life Time Awarding Customer Service Knowledge level 2.
