I started out at collections agent taking inbound and outbound calls. I moved onto customer service agent taking inbound calls. After a year I was transferred into a quality position where my responsibilities focused on call monitoring but also responsible for some correspondence, some client servicing, and some reporting. While in this position I have had lengthy experience with word an excel. January 2013 I was promoted to Quality Supervisor.
