Hello,I have been in the food and bar industry since I was 17. Before I was of age to serve, I started hosting at Jerusalem. Being Middle Eastern, I could connect to the majority of the guest, sharing the same culture and traditions. I am bubbly and nurturing which helps in this industry because I find ways to make every guest feel satisfied and special by getting to know their personal preferences and topics of interest to them.My duties included take reservations, assisting with take-out orders and organizing the seating arrangements. As soon as I was legal, I began serving, starting in familyrestaurants like Golden Griddle. Then, Imoved on to more chic type lounges which catered to the Corporate crowd, for Happy Hour & busy lunch rushes. I cocktailed for private parties like Sony,s Corporate Retirements,to Stags, even High school Reunions. While studying to be a teacher, i worked for bars like smoky Joes and countless Toronto nightclubs like Fluid, Hotel, and Moro, just to name a few.selling shooters. finally, moving up to doing Bottle Service where a minimum bill would have to be at least an$1000 per booth. The nightclub experience taught me skills in promotion and sales, plus how to build a regular clientele and how to cater to each and every need my customers have as well as anticipating their next requests. I come equipped with all the necessary skills of an experienced server, and even rubbed shoulders with Some A list Stars and international athletes.
