Being able to talk to the customer and understand their needs is a vey important part of my role it's not about simply telling a customer where they are departing from its also about being able to communicate and understand.
I work as part of a small team and as we are small it can be very demanding so communication and understanding towards both the customer and my colleagues is a crucial part of the working day.
