I am an Austswim certified swimming instructor with over 10 years personal experience in competitive swimming up to National Level and a graduate in Bachelor of Science in Sports Science. I run my own swimming school called TEMESE SWIM SCHOOL where I teach private lessons to children and adults of all ages.

I have just re-located to Perth from Singapore and am available to teach at schools, clubs, community centers, leisure centers or in the privacy of your own home.

I am a mother of 2 and hold current CPR and First Aid certificates, Working with Children Check and National History Police Clearance.

Presently, I am working casually with the Department of Education teaching Interm and Vacswim swimming program.

I am the owner and sole operator of Temese Swim School. I teach private lessons at people's homes. Clientele range from children aged 3 to 8 years old, adults with no prior experience in water and Special Needs children. In line with the Austswim program, I also teach water safety and survival and make that a big part of my swimming program.

The American Club

The American Club is a members' only club that caters mainly to the expat
American Community in Singapore and offers fitness and leisure programs, wining and dining experiences and other luxuries and necessities such as kids programs, concierge services and a business center. I was contracted as a swimming teacher to teach the Learn to Swim Program to children aged 3 to 8 years old. The program incorporates a Water Safety Week where children are taught principles of water safety, Roles of a life guard, they get to try on PFD's and are taught entries and basic rescue techniques. At the end of each term, all teachers are required to write certificates for their swimmers and write progress reports.

Total Swimming is a local based company in Singapore that prides itself in educating life skills to individuals who embark on their programs and employ coaches who value sports training as a tool for building character that help athletes' to succeed in their sport and daily life. Total Swimming contract swimming coaches to several schools and private clubs in Singapore. I was contracted to teach at the Anglo Chinese School and the British Club.

Anglo Chinese Boys School (ACS)
Taught the Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) program to primary school boys aged from 6 to 12 years old. CCA Swimming is an after school swimming program that runs 3 days a week for one and a half hours. Class size ranges from 12 to 25 per class and consists of an hour of Learn to Swim program and half an hour of water games.

Taught the Learn to Swim Program Levels One to Three.

Camp Counselor


Was part of the Camp America program. Camp Duncan is a co-ed residential camp that offers programs that allow your child the opportunity to learn new skills, form relationships with their peers and learn more about themselves. I worked with physically disabled children, burn survivor's, diabetic children, foster children and children with Tourette's Syndrome; I was responsible for 24 hour supervision, care and counseling of children aged 4 to 13 years old, cabin management up to 12 children; Organisation and instruction of daily camp activities; ensured smooth running of camp program; was appointed Life Guard and in charge of pool maintenance.

I was GO Mini Club where I supervised and coached children aged 4 to 12 years old in all areas of sport; Organised and led large group games and activities such as village treasure hunts, mini olympics and mini club shows and performances; Was appointed Life Guard for the Mini-Club; Guest Relations, Excursions and Tour Guide, Nightly Theatre performances.
