Your Move Estate Agents

Kelly Services

2000 - 2009 Sales Negotiated
I started working for a local estate agent part time doing general administrative duties, for example, typing, photocopying, answering the telephone, registering clients and sending out relevant property details using email. This position quickly moved on to a full time position where I had my own client base (pipeline) and targets to meet. I was contacting clients, sending out property details, arranging and attending viewings, taking offers on properties and moving these offers through to completion.

Kelly Services UK Ltd, Slough

Recruitment Consultant/Contract Manager

Kelly Services

as a Recruitment Officer working on the Mars Confectionery Account. My main responsibilities were recruiting temporary administrative staff to work in the offices of Mars Confectionery, preparing and reporting quarterly reports to management using word and excel and helping run the Kelly Service Office by answering the telephone, dealing with temp enquiries and communicating with Mars Confectionery employers. I gained promotion to Accounts Manager on the same account and working in the same role along with taking on more responsibility with recruiting and managing the manufacturing side of the contract with a maximum of 800 temporary staff to manage and working on a shift basis starting at 6am.

I was on maternity leave after leaving Kelly Services for a short period of time and then found employment as an estate agent.

After working part time at BHS, Blackpool in their restaurant whilst I was a student at college I moved into a career in the Civil Service starting as an Administrative Assistant with my main duties being filing, data entry, answering the telephone and completing paper work. Within two years I gained promotion to an Administrative Officer. This position came with more responsibilities working within the Unemployment Benefit Office and I was signing clients on, making accurate payments using the computer system, interviewing clients, filing, working on reception handling difficult clients and working within a team environment.AsanAOI also held down the position of finance officer for a 2 year period this role meant I was to write giros, keep accurate accountancy records and work to daily deadlines in a secure environment on my own. As my career progressed within the Civil Service I gained promotion to Executive Officer where I was interviewing clients, speaking with employers and trying to help the unemployed gain employment. I moved to Watford in 1997 and working within the same role at the Unemployment Benefits Office, Hemel Hempstead.

Within the many years of my working career I have learnt to type, gained a wide knowledge of working with word, excel, email and the internet and researching has become a daily task when helping with the children's homework. I am reliable, honest, can multi-task working well (if not better) under pressure and a good time keeper.

Other interests I have are drawing, which is a passion of mine and have exhibited my work in the St Clement Danes art exhibition and on my own website I like to keep myself fit and healthy by running, swimming, participating in Metafit classes at the gym and walking and when I am not busy looking after the family, doing homework, teaching maths and English to my eldest daughter, I love to read.
