For the past three years I have been assisting customers in using a financial software for small businesses called QuickBooks. The scope of support is from simple setting up a file on the software, teaching them how to use the product to reconciliation and balancing of accounts. I also assist customer\'s in installation and activation of QUickBooks on their servers and work stations. In case of an error I provide resolution and ways to prevent issues from reoccuring.

I am also a part of a project where we formulate strategies on providing exceptional customer experience.
