Position: Roadway Superintendent and Worksite Traffic Supervisor.
Interpreting the Contract Documents and authorized to execute the orders or directions of engineer. Available at worksite on a 24 hour basis, seven days a week as the point of contact for emergencies and in cases that requires immediate action to maintain traffic and/or to resolve any other problem that might arise. Worksite Traffic Supervisor on a 24 hour per day basis, participating in all changes to traffic control and reviewing the project on a day-to-day basis. Direct the initial setup of the traffic control plan. Respond within 45 minutes after notification of an emergency situation and repair the work zone traffic control or provide alternate traffic arrangements. Certified in the Florida Advanced Training M.O.T. category by F.D.O.T.

Involved in Applied Civil Engineering since 1976. As 100% owner and Qualifying Agent acting as Owners Representative and troubleshooter for various contractors and subcontractor in U.S.A., Panama and Colombia. Responsible for personnel supervision, contract negotiations, Safety Director and project supervision.
Direct control over all construction means and methods, supervising different subcontractors on their specialized trades, coordinating their schedules and inspections. Inspect and correct all Safety issues to meet OSHA Standards. Specialization in land development engineering includes, installation of water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, paving, and drainage systems. Experience with Miami-Dade County Public Works, F.D.O.T., M.D.X., E.F.L.H.D. (FP-03), F.E.P.A and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Coordinate all traffic control for all streets and highway for projects with F.D.O.T. and all Municipalities in South Florida including the Florida Keys.
