2) Give Homework. My clients work on themselves beyond our fitness sessions
3) Make the Client Accountable. I help clients help themselves stay on track
4) Be Consistent. We form a routine and keep good habits
5) Motivate. Minset training is the name of the game
6)Add Variety. One thing I learned about fitness is it should be a choice, not a chore
7) Be Organized. It's the only way all previous 6 steps cane come into play. LETS GO!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Stop comparing your body to those of others is the first step. the second step is to patiently and consistently work on developing new habits and achieving new outcomes which will inevitably lead to your ideal, unique body profile. Everyone can lose weight and get shredded, but no one will ever look like someone else.

What do you love most about your job?

I love sharing my depth of knowledge. I'm very passionate about the knowledge I've acquired, so sharing it is a big reward for me. I also love seeing people transform. It's a truly rewarding experience and motivates me daily.

What inspired you to start your own business?

When I started parkour 14 years ago, I was just a young kid having fun with the gifts my body was given, but after some time I recognized that a structured approach to my training would be a huge benefit. I then fell in love with providing others with the insight to functionally optimize their lifestyles, regardless of what they do day to day.
