XG Advisory is headed by Adv. Xolani Gila, an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. He has an LLB degree, additional qualifications in legislative drafting, compliance management and international business transactions. Adv. Gila has gained valuable experience in his capacity as a law practitioner in both the public and private sectors. His areas of specialty include Immigration Law, Law of Contract, Insurance Law, Labor Law, Family Law and Mediation Services.


Our founding philosophy at XG Advisory is to uphold the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa and play our part in protecting the rights enshrined therein, including the right to accessible legal representation.
