I contracted tinashe to do structural work on my house. He left the work unfinished and claimed I did not pay, his materials cost was overstated I had asked for all materials receipts upon completion he could not produce receipts for the outstanding balance in good faith i still paid 75% of what was outstanding. He refused to come and complete the job I had to contract someone else to come and finish it. I would not recommend him to anyone, he also has very little experience and assumes that he must keep money for materials not purchased. He also claims to come to my property unpaid which is another lie, he asks for his call out fee up front. He also did work on designing outside roofs and did not want the contractor to call him an verify designs done by him ?!? Which he was compensated for ?!? More...
