I have appointed Mr Veli Ndaba as my personal board member (though he does't know that he has been recruited). He has helped me to shape my career to the level that I thought is far fetched. I am currently a Project Manager working with Eskom Rotek Industry CEO on outage improvement initiatives. He trained me that discovering our purpose is the foundation for living a satisfied life. He is modelling that concept, when you look at how he does things, you can see that he is living a satisfied life. He pushes you to think about deep personal questions. My first sessions with him we did a 24 hours cycle view of my life, I wanted to run away because as I reviewed my daily routine, its nowhere near to what I aspire to achieve in the next 12 months, 6 months not even in two weeks. He then said "your success in life is a reflection of how many of the 24 hours you spend investing in yourself. Try to account for every hour of your time, make every moment count. What I appreciate about his sessions is that you can relate to his examples, they are more practical and easy to implement. I now know that I am a morning person after investing time in getting to know myself well. Its 05:20 best time to do this review. Self discovery is a journey and I am still sharpening my skills. I want to become the best version of myself and live life to the fullest. What do you love most about your job?
This is truly not my job, it's my calling. I come alive when I coach, helping people discover and unleash their greatness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been asked advices through by people in my communities and professional life. I always enjoyed providing clarity for people. The most important reason to specially start coaching was because of how I changed my life and career from corporate to professional speaking, writing (four books) as well as life and business coaching. I realised that many people were stuck and with my experience, especially of transitioning from one career to another would help people a lot.

I have results to show for my coaching. I am not just a paper coach but have changed my life in ways beyond my imagination. I am professional motivational and corporate speaker, author of four books, entrepreneur and business consultant. So, I am resourceful and passionate with what I do.

In my office we have hand sanitizer at the reception and face masks are worn as well as maintaining social distancing.
