The UPC-Tokai team have far exceeded my expectations. I was a nervous dog mom prior to the team’s arrival as we have two fluffkids with very different personalities that I didn’t know how they would react to their first grooming experience. The minute the team arrived I felt at ease as they went about creating a fun, exciting, best friends for life vibe for Ava, while creating a gentle calming zen-like vibe for Maia.

I absolutely loved the service! The Montana branch tried to accommodate us but unfortunately they were fully booked. They reached out to the Moot branch and they assisted me within a day, Eric and Gift handled all my dogs with absolute care😊. UPC Milnerton are fantastic! My first time using them was sadly the day our 21 year old Lab had to go to doggie heaven. The UPC groomers were so gentle and caring when washing him and went above and beyond to show him love. We truly appreciated it and it was clear that this company understood animals.

I reached out to them again to come and wash my other two dogs who are aged 8 and 11 months. What a pleasure and so easy to contact them, I came home today after a long day at work to see my two girls looking, feeling and smelling so beautiful! And to top it off they are now wearing a very cute and trendy bandanna courtesy of UPC groomers!

Thank you UPC groomers, I am so happy I found such a wonderful groomer that comes to our home and makes our furry children look and feel so great! Their smiles say it all!
