He communicated extremely well, firstly by cellphone and then by whatsapp. He was clear on the pricing and what impressed me most was his punctuality. He said to me via whatsapp that he is stuck in traffic, he will be an half an hour late. He was at my gate at te exact time that he said he would be. I would recommend Tso any day to anyone. I had an excellent experience. I had to wait a number of weeks after getting a quote- because I was not ready to have the job done.
When I eventually had the space ready; we made an appointment but later had to change due to load shedding. Through all the delays the quote stayed the same and Tso was so patient and accommodating. He answered WhatsApp’s promptly.
Our carpet is like new and we can recommend his service; prompt, excellent, friendly and really affordable. Thanks Tso.
