I work with couples to:
a) resolve any current conflict present in the relationship preventing intimacy and connection
b) address any breakdown of communication and connection which has taken place gradually over the course of the relationship - a form of health check and maintenance to restore strength and resiliance into the relationship
c) work with couples seeking to dissolve a relationship but needing support to ensure that both sides are heard and appreciated so that they level of antagonism and damaging conflict can be reduced.
Individual Coaching
I work with individuals seeking to find better alignment in their lives - this takes the place of depth coaching or shadow work where we address the wounds and narratives currently being run in the unconscious and how they are currently impacting the conscious reality.
In other words - if you are struggling with a pattern of not finding love, stickiness in your business success, feeling lost as to what it is you want or where you are going or any niggly pattern that causes you stress or suffering (relationship to body, money, addictions, relationships etc) then we will work with these to find understanding and movement.
