These guys were the most accommodating and friendliest. They actually deserve 10 stars out of 5!

I would not recommend her to anyone. Was blatantly lied to. I asked her how will she be transporting my dog. I was told it would be with a panel Van which is airconditioned with each dog in a crate. My dog arrived in a small venter modified trailer. Traumatised from all the noise and bumping all the way from Jhb to Cpt......Bella drank 2 bowls of water and chomped down her kibble when we fetched her. The puppies were well taken care of and they always kept us up to date how the journey is going. No stressed puppy on arrival, will definitely recommend them!

We were so pleased with the service from Colleen at The Pets Taxi. She brought our baby from Pretoria to East London. His crate was so spacious and clean when he arrived. He was so calm so he obviously had a wonderful, relaxing drive. Thank you so much for transporting our precious cargo! More...
