Worst photography "studio" to go to for graduation pics. Would have given the lowest rating if not because of their rights to giving you the only stage photo as it is them who were the official event photographer. As if you could get better quality studio photos than taking it yourself in those pop up booths, you have to wait 45 workings days for these disappointing photos. A tip for introvert CPUT Bellville graduates who would want a photographer who will coach you to shine and get a studio sense of poses and smile, chose the friendly ones available during the event with their own equipment set up on school ground and have the results ready in minutes rather than to get it from this studio's morose photographers and wait for months for those pictures. Worst graduation photo service provider. No communication at all. Called them once their expected delivery was supposed to be due, was told it's coming in the next week. Well, the next week came and went but still no delivery. I graduated in July and it’s December now with no pictures. The communication is bad and I have tried to query multiple times and nobody helps me, they don’t even know how to tell me the status of my pictures. I do not recommend them at all.

No sense of urgency on the organization part. There been back and forth emails. No feedback given to students. Students paid upfront in july and now its almost November more than 70 working days. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I have been emailing the image factor as well as calling them but no answer. This is highly disappointing as we have made payment already for my wife's graduation photos in July but with no confirmation from The image factor. They are very unprofessional. Have been waiting for graduation photos. First they said 30 working days then it became 45 working days I said ok. I advised them on the 47th worthing day where are my pictures. They advised 10th August. 10th August came and went no digital photos and no actual photos via the courier. Pathetic service and then i get blocked on whatsapp as well. This is since May. I don’t know why universities don’t do their homework first before appointing the official photographer. The Image Factor did the photography for my sons graduation in May. After a multitude of back and forth emails to complete forms and pay in the fee, we finally managed to place an order on 2 June. Thereafter we were told it would take 45 days to receive digital prints (which is what I ordered). It has been 69 days and I have received no order of the prints or feedback. The very unhelpful Alison insists she must’ve sent an invoice and order number (which she didn’t) and now needs more time to track the order. Terrible service! More...

Looking at the quality of their previous photos I was quite excited to receive my graduation photos. Unfortunately upon acquiring my photos, I was severely disappointed. My images were an off-yellow colour and I looked bloated and greasy. If not for my photoshop skills I would have felt like these images were a complete loss.
