High Tea on Saturday 17th March was a disaster. No sugar for tea and coffee. When I enquired with one of the owners I was obnoxiously told too RELAX. Great customer service!!! Never mind we had been waiting for 20 minutes for them to bring the sugar. Then later on we found plastic inside the quiche. Instead of apologizing we had to listen to how the owners have tried there best at giving an affordable high tea and how stressed they were. To me this is all irrelevant. Its not the pricing but rather about service. Suck it up and a simple apology would of done. There is a reason why we haven’t been to Ora Bella in about 10 years. Poor service then, poor service now.
