We had numerous contractors who provided our company with quotations, and performed repairs on the roof over the years, however due to poor workmanship and poor quality products, the roof still leaked during heavy rains and thunderstorms. After investigation by Gerhard from Specroofs, he immediately informed us that there was excessive rust on the roof, and that most of the waterproofing was done without replacing the damaged roof sheets. Gerhard suggested that the damaged roof sheeting should be replaced and the waterproofing properly done.He ensured us that the roof would not leak again and gave a written guarantee of 6 years, which has lived up to the name as there were no problems experienced again. We therefore decided to make use of their services again to maintain the rest of our companies roofs in 2020 after four years, as we have faith in his product, and quality of work done. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do temperature checks every morning before we leave office. Our staff sanitize on a regular basis and always wear masks on clients property. Safety of our staff and clients is our primary goal.

We specialise in the following: Barge boards, fascia boards, roof sags, replacement of damaged timbers, ceilings( new installations and repairs) roof coating, all general roof repairs, box gutters, waterproofing- Acrylic waterproofing, Torch on waterproofing, and liquid rubber systems.
