Abigail is very Professional, Passionate and Friendly. The platters I ordered for my wife’s 40th were very tasty and well presented.
The burgers she prepared were out of this world!! I will definitely make use of her service again, what a pleasure!!

Thank you to the awesome team at Skewers Grill Bar! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. It was so nice to host a party & not have to worry about the catering. They even went the extra mile by bringing along plates, cutlery and even table clothes. We had their delicious Burgers, skewers and pasta salad and the food was a total hit. I loved the experience we recieved from Skewers Grill Bar especially from Abigail. The food at our wedding was wonderful.I highly recommend the rump roast with red wine sauce.Our guests enjoyed the meals.

What’s your signature dish?
During outdoor events it is the succulent pulled pork sandwich served on a lightly toasted bun drizzled with our house Mayo that has Sriracha sauce, and crunchy crispy slow ,this one will make your day .
When we catering and having buffets the signature dish is slow roast sirloin drizzled with red wine jus served with veg of your choice
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Firstly I find out the clients dietary requirements .Once that is done the rest is just love that I put into those ingredients to turn them into master pieces.
What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding thing about my job is when customers come back and thank me for the food and marvel at how delicious it was. It is also seeing people gathered at a table enjoying my food, the laughs the conversations I have never served a customer seen them mad .They are always smiling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start a business is the passion that I had for food .I received my culinary training from a Mediterranean restaurant and I fell in love with the cuisine because of its focus on serving fresh food. With our country already spiralling in a wave of obesity I want to bring to the people food that you eat and not feel guilty. I serve my customers wholesome foods and I am proud of it because I know I am contributing into their wellness.

Clients should choose us because of the quality of food that we serve ,we have an impeccable relationship with our suppliers ,we source our produce from reputable farmers who practice responsible farming and they have won awards to prove that. Further adding to that our customer service is next to none, we treat our customers with the utmost respect and sense of urgency that is why they always come back.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Health and Safety - Mask required
- Staff wear mask all the time
- Temperature taken regularly
It is mandatory that out staff wear gloves.
Birthday parties
We cater for both adults and kids birthday parties ,we even provide Popcorn machine on the day for kids .For adults we do spit braais to hot foods our staff is effiecient and friendly you will not have to worry about anything.
Funerals
We cater for funerals too ,South African cuisine and all.We adhere to Covid regulations our food can easily be done as a takeaway.
Bachelorettes and Bachelors
Canapés ,alcoholic drinks,cocktails .Your guests will envy you because of the food that we will serve them.
Corporate events
End of year parties ,product launches ,marketing campaigns. We take dietary requirements into consideration ,from Vegan ,Kosher and Halaal.Buffet servings.
