SDB Attorneys Incorporated is a law firm providing legal services to our clients in a broad range of fields. We are fast establishing a footprint in our fields of practice which includes civil litigation, debt collection, matrimonial matters, commercial matters, notarial services, conveyancing and administration of deceased estates.

We pride ourselves on finding practical, financially sound and time effective legal solutions for the challenges faced by our diverse portfolio of clients.

SDB Attorneys Incorporated was founded by Stefan de Bruyn in 2019. Stefan commenced his studies in B.com Accounting and Law at the Potchefstroom Campus of the North West University in 2008 and graduated with a B.com degree in 2010, where after he undertook his post-graduate LLB studies.

In 2012, he received his LLB degree and in 2013 he commenced his articles at a Sandton-based law firm during which time he passed his admission examinations and the notarial examinations and gained invaluable experience in various fields of the law. Upon finishing his articles, Stefan was admitted as an attorney and notary of the High Court in February 2015.

As a testament to the culture of continuous development Stefan, as a founding member, instilled in the firm from inception, he furthered his studies to be admitted as a Conveyancer in 2016 and has since been working as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.

Being a dynamic and relatively young, albeit vastly experienced and skilled firm, SDB Attorneys Incorporated seeks to promote and simplify the public’s access to quality legal services within the ever-changing legal fraternity through our embrace of technological advances.

Through our aforementioned approach, we succeed in providing much needed quality legal services to the general public and corporate entities alike while saving our client’s time, money and effort.
