4 Years ago I had the pleasure of doing business with Royal paving for the first time and had my artificial lawn installed. I noticed that my lawn was starting to break off and discolouring a bit, I phoned Washington who was there the very next day to inspect the lawn. He told me that this is a suppliers issue and that my lawn will be replaced at absolutely no cost since it was still under the 8 year warranty. This is the best follow up service I have ever experienced. Royal paving can be proud of the great service they provide and I can recommend them to anyone. We contracted royal paving 4 months ago to lay down paving infront of my house. He started immediately and it took him just little over a week. 3 months later we noticed the pavers were defective and started breaking . Washington assessed the damage and came to a solution to replace all the pavers. He gave us a week, and within that week he came out, brought his team and replaced the paving. We are now extremely happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Royal paving as they stood to their word and warranty. More...
