What do you love most about your job?
The fact that it doesn't feel like a "JOB" !
As a Mindset & Executive Business Coach, I have found the sweet spot in terms of merging thought, attitude, mind-blocks and key success factors in achieving my clients goals/vision. This makes my "job" exciting because I have to always be ahead of my game in order to service my clients effectively.
The most rewarding aspect of what I do, is when my clients start seeing the return on investment of hiring me. It's my "job" to serve my clients with excellence.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to upskill and learn as much as I possibly could in terms of business strategy, building sustainable businesses & people and implementing constant global changes into corporates and privately owned businesses. Having my own business has allowed me to work with varying types of people, corporates and businesses and this has equipped me in assisting others adequately. Having my own business also gives me the opportunity to pivot my business as the world changes, without the red tape!

I have coached & mentored over 1500 businesses to date. I have worked with businesses who have revenues of R40 million p/a, clients who just started a business and then all types of businesses in-between. I work with corporate clients in assisting employees who are transitioning into senior positions and I coach teams to ensure that there is cohesiveness. I have gained a tremendous amount of skills and knowledge in just about every industry, public and private sector. Face-to-face meetings can be arranged at client premises or suitable public meeting space

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
90% of my interactions are done online for both my client and my safety. This has also saved both parties time & resources in terms of travelling, navigating traffic and being safe.
