Yes, consultations can be conducted online via Zoom, Google teams or Video Calling.
Supporting document documents can be send via email. All the income tax and VAT services will done on SARS efiling platform.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I started using the electronic platforms more by conducting meetings virtually and sending and receiving supporting documents via emails and sharing of cloud storage.
