What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in the industry for over a decade working for various companies, I decided to start my own business but with an aim to ensure excellent rapport between us and our customers. This enables us to have a fantastic understanding of what our customers are trying to achieve and how we can accomplish it. I believe this was missing from some companies and therefore by starting my own business, we hope it removes an unsatisfied customer from the market.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
With the government further relaxing rules from 17th July, we will continue to adhere to all COVID-19 guidance to protect both our customers and staff. All engineers will continue to carry disposable face masks and hand sanitiser, with hand sanitising carried out both before and after attending site.
