What inspired you to start your own business?
During my 15 years in corporate HR, I noticed that HR was somewhat losing that special touch it once had due to heavy red tape, culture and so forth. This motivated me to start an HR Consultancy that would infuse and restore that ‘angelic’, nostalgic and nurturing touch back into businesses thereby shape positive and productive environments. The name Ntsumi is a Xitsonga word for 'angel’. We believe that even in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution, that good old-school 'human touch' is the difference maker in talent’s decision to join, stay
with or leave an organization
