I cannot wait to get rid of this property. Poorly built and poorly run from an administrative side. There are rules that apply to some and not to others. Everyone from the Body Corporate are based in JHB so you don't have anyone to see and speak to should there be a problem. They also force you to use their installers for ACs and charge you above average for this. For a first time home owner, I am extremely disappointed. More...
