What do you love most about your job?
Providing quality service to my customers. I am pleased to see passengers talking or looking out at the scenery whilst I drive. To know that my customers trusted me to safely take them from their departure point to their destination makes me happy and fulfilled.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started with the scholar transport service provider for our children leaving on medical ground. My ex-wife and I saw the opportunity to take over and provide scholar transport with quality service. Most service providers use old uninsured cars, so we aimed to use the car in good working condition and ensured that we are registered to perform the service. I then realized how fulfilling it was to transport learners when drivers could not turn up for work. This observation motivated me to take passenger transport seriously and buy more vehicles.

I provide high-quality service in terms of the vehicles I use and take my service seriously. I treat customers with respect and listen to their needs.

No. I cant provide online or remote services because I need to fetch the customers using my fleet.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Drivers wear a mask, keep sanitizer in the vehicles and keep extra unused disposable masks in the vehicles to give to passengers in case they don't have.
