How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Normally garages already have water and electricity, in that way they are ideal for conversion.
Space is very important when converting a garage into a flatlet or a bedroom with an en-suite. What can be fitted vs what you need it to be is very important.
-If there are water pipes- good source of water flow.
-If there is electricity -otherwise it needs to be fitted.
and the space is enough for what you want, it can be converted.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Lofts whether they are spaces directly under the ceiling of a house, or spaces that were former factories need to be turned into livable spaces before they are lived in.
1. If an upper floor loft is spacious enough to accommodate partitions, it can be converted.
2. If a former factory loft does not have a lot of exposed pipes and electric wires, it can be converted into a liveable space,

The ability to bring joy to customers when they finally realize their projects. Seeing a project that has been ruined is finally being repaired.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In South Africa, there is a lot of dissatisfaction about housing and service delivery. Being in this industry gives people hope when we can build a good durable house, that has good fittings and can withstand any form of weather.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have more online interviews. We discourage walk-ins if we can help it. We have interaction on email, Google-Talk, Zoom. Whenever we are meeting a client on-site we are careful to maintain a safe distance and we are masked up. We encourage all our clients to sanitize and put on their masks when we are doing business.

Electricals
Our Electricians rig new and existing homes. They:
• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems
• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
• Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them

Plan Drawing
We work with experienced architects. If the client has no drawn plans our architects do a site visit before drawing the request of the client. We do all the legwork concerning Municipality registration.
