How long have you been in business?
MAID4U was registered in 2008 and started its operations from July 2010, We have thus far placed over 10 000 Woman in jobs , We have trained over 6 000 and have received the following Awards and Accolades National Small Business Chamber - National Entrepreneur Winner , PWJ and Life Co. Social Entrepreneur Award , Shanduka Black Umbrellas -Job Creation Award , DTI and Small Business Ministry Best SMME , Business Woman of SA Award for Emerging Entrepreneurs amongst many others.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Each household and Property is different , we asses the needs of the client and provide all required resources and labour relevant for that project . Our aim is to ensure we take all the stress away from our clients.
What do you love most about your job?
The MAID4U Team is passionate about impacting positively on the lives of all human beings , We created a safe platform for potential employers to source screed and skilled employees and on the other creation much needed job opportunities for those in rural and underprivileged areas.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The founder of MAID4U is a former domestic worker / Housekeeper , she comes from a underprivileged background and after Matric could not further her studies , she had to find employment to raise cash to register at a tertiary Institution the following year , she worked as a Domestic Worker and later managed to further her studies, was employed within the Finance sector for over 10 years and after experiencing endless challenges when employing domestic Help , she founded Maid4u , an agency which recruits woman from humble backgrounds who shows the capacity, discipline and integrity required for any work environment especially household and Baby Care , these Woman are then trained and placed in positions such as Domestic Helper , Child Minder, Nanny , Cleaners and Home Based Care Workers .

Yes we are able to provide our services online or remotely, However this is limited to mostly all aspects related to admin task e.g Sending Quotations or Invoices or Profile of the recommended cleaner / housekeeper / domestic . Provision of our HR , Legal and Compliance Services can be provided entirely on line or virtually.

DOMESTIC WORKERS PLACEMENT
Maid 4U is professional domestic service recruitment and training agency, offering placement solutions that provide structure to a highly personalized and often informal service, where the workplace is the employer’s home. Maid 4U’s services include the recruitment, screening, placement and training of Domestic Workers Housekeepers/Childminders/ Nannies/ Au Pair and Babysitters. MAID4U Has created an online service that removes the hassle of managing any form of Home Employee or Domestic employees, while taking care of all the South African legal Requirements.
We have created a one-stop shop for employers to easily load and generate monthly BCEA Compliant pay slips, any other legal documents like a Work Schedule , Written Warning , UIF forms , Medical Aid Registrations or Provident Fund Registrations
This platforms is also aimed at helping employers with questions about minimum wages, Leave Days, CCMA Aspects, conditions of employment and much more. We also provide additional employee benefit such as Domestic Workers Insurances, Services includes
