Love this box! Yesterday I arrived in Southafrica, first time, first day. And after a long flight from Germany I really needed to train. Luckily I found this perfect place on Google maps! I was allowed to do the 1st open wod there, although I dropped in spontanously, I got the best judge (thx Corne) and so many people there pushed me during and gave me high5 after the wod. ❤ Felt absolutely like home, more than over 9000km away from Crossfit Herne. Since joining Lions Bay Crossfit for a short time of only a month and a half I have already hit 5 new PB's that I have been struggling to achieve for over a year. I even did my very first hand stand which has been a mental block for 2 and half years. Amazing coaches that make up Lionsbay.. Where no amount of money will ever be wasted because what you put in the results pay off..I am here 1 month later and i have never seen the results like this before from having a trainer to a coach..
Having someone that is accountable for you is what helps waking up early in the morning to be there at 5am.. To my coach Elzaan you are absolutely the best..Warm and kind hearted person..Very supportive when helping you reach your goals..
