It is with great sadness I am leaving this message as I have had a very long relationship with 1-Grid ( more than 10 Years). I recently asked 1-Grid to help me reduce my costs. It was a little back and forth for a few weeks but the end result is that I signed up for a lower costing package and needed to migrate from the old to the new. At that time we had serious load shedding and I could not backup my systems my self as it was taking too long, asking for help I was told quite bluntly that they cannot help me and if I did not like it I can find alternative hosting. this was quite a shock and to make this story short we found a better service and they migrated us for free. I am not in a habit of leaving messages like this but frankly this is not how you treat customers that supported you for so many years.
