With over 30 years of experience in the educational world, I have noticed a need for parents and families, to be coached and guided in their continued path of managing children's challenges and interventions throughout the schooling years.
LIFE COACHING AND COUNSELLING
With the rising rate of relationship break ups, anxiety and stress as well as depression and trauma, one on one counselling and or Life Coaching, has proven to be most effective in assisting individuals, families and couples to break through negative and harmful thoughts and create new and positive habits.

I have a diverse range of experience and qualifications, which combined with my personal attributes and life journeys, I feel confident that I am able to guide, coach and counsel groups, couples and individuals to a healthier space. I am extremely professional on all levels as well as being confidential, empathetic, articulate.

Most of my sessions currently are provided online, through either zoom and what's app video calling. It has been working extremely well and my personal connections to all the clients I treat have not been comprimised in any way whatsoever.
