How long have you been in business?
Our business was registered in 2015 but all directors have 58 years experience combined. this excluded the experience of the highly qualified technicians we employ.
What guarantee does your work come with?
It depends per item of services, it ranges from 3 months to 18 months. We are unable to give guarantees on electronics supplied, unless specified by manufacturer.
What do you love most about your job?
No day is the same as the other. In all jobs as a PRO, you learn something new after completing it and your skills grow with every task finished.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Independence and less restriction on stretching my wings. But most of all, we get to add value to people's homes and business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our work is professionally done and we guarantee all work completed. We explain to customer the full process to be followed, Pro & Cons of each job. We also advise customers how to self maintain their items where applicable, as this helps with their funds and lifespan of property/appliances.

No, we renovate houses and do all lot of hands on technical work. it is not possible at the moment to do anything remotely, unless it is mere advise.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff adhere to safety standards as per government regulations.
Some timelines have been extended to some of the projects as certain sites limit number of people, so not all our technicians can be onsite to ensure all work is completed asap. So we spend more time on project management and make adhoc changes where required.
