Q&As

A proper consultation, analysis and property inspection is required. Deeply looking at some practical options and issues whether the structure is a good for the proposed plan. Is it a free standing unit(s) or attached to the main building? Is there a enough supply of services (Sewerage, Water and Power).? Is the roofing meets the requirements of the proposed design or plan...?
All those are the questions and factors that need to be taken into place before telling if the Garage is suitable for conversion.

Basically before I (we) conduct Garage Conversions I do structural analysis and inspection whether it is doable according to the building regulations or not. There must be a plan in place from structural engineering or qualified plan drawer and passed by the Local Municipality Authority Official. And application for the notification of works is also required.

I have been in the business for more than 10 years, providing some odds and part time jobs to potential clienrs while working for my full time employment position.

I sign up an agreement with my client that's aligned with the nature of my work.
As a services provider I have a policy in place, which provides and cover for the unexpected failure or breakdown of goods.

I'm doing what I'm good at, found it easy for me to do what I love.
I don't resist doing what's easy or challenging and what I am good at I learn new ways of doing things right- I'm not too busy proving myself.

I LOVE my Work
I have always motivating myself to do what I'm good at, do what is easy for me and do what I love... sounds too simple, but it actually led me to starting two businesses that make work fun for me every day.
Pursuing a Passion
Starting my own business allowed me to make a living while pursuing something for which I have a strong passion. I may have a special talent, such as working with hands that I 've enjoyed as a hobby. By turning it into a business, I found more enjoyment and fulfillment in my work life that lead me to a happier life in general.
A Good Idea
I had an idea for a product or service that meets an unfulfilled need in the marketplace. By turning my ideas into a business, I therefore met that need which resulted in a profitable venture.

I have more than 15 years in the Building and Construction industry. I got my Trade Certificate Papers in the year 1998 and I worked for various entities cunduct Building maintenance, New Installation, Work related supervision and Buildings Inspection. My first employer was DHET (TVET) as skills facilitator, Dept of Health as an Artisan, Dept of Public Works as an Artisans Foreman, ITHALA DEV. COP. PTY LTD as a Building Inspector both in the Commercial and Residential Properties. Through out my Career I have developed a great experience. This is the Combination of Workplace Experience and Talent (Gift Working with hands /Craftsmanship). I also give advice with regard to work related and construction projects
